DESCRIPTION

“The Emil Bach House was built in 1915 by Frank Lloyd Wright and is located one block from the lake in East Rogers Park, one of Chicago's most interesting and diverse neighborhoods. The home’s individuality, its high artistic merit, and famous architect provides considerable historical and cultural significance.  The completion of a nearly two-year renovation marked the beginning of its life as a vacation getaway and event rental space.

The two guest bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with a private balcony and hallway bathroom for your comfort. Beds have pillow top mattresses and plush linens, giving you the comfort of a great night's sleep. There is also a study with a desk and queen sized daybed also located on the second floor, for additional guests or relaxing.

Guests can also enjoy staying in, playing games or reading. Also, you can cozy up to the fireplace during the cool months.

There is convenient bus and train service, just outside the front door, that can take you anywhere in the city and to the airports. Downtown and North Michigan Avenue - a shopper's paradise, is just 40 minutes away by public transportation.” emilbachhouse.com
