“The two holiday houses, Aufberg 1110 and 1113 are situated at 1,113 meters above sea level in the middle of the Hohe Tauern mountain range and Zell am See district. The interior is as simple as luxurious. The spacious rooms are generously sized, fragrant wood dominates in all areas, open fireplaces provide natural warmth and perfectly equipped kitchens make the hobby cook happy. Natural materials such as loden wood and stone, warm colors and clear lines create the perfect setting to clear the head and relax. Amazing perspectives open from the gallery, balcony and terrace. The windows have views of the landscape, the mountains of the Hohe Tauern and the valley to the Zell am See.
Aufberg 1110 looks as if it were part of the steep slope. The roof follows the slope of the mountain and the house is entirely made of wood. Economical, sustainable and atmospherically warm, the natural larch formwork fuses the house with its surroundings and conveys interior warmth. The interior of the house surprises with a wonderful space that one would never expect from the outside.
Aufberg 1110 houses two apartments. 'Freisitz' has a 840 s.f. living area, a 96 s.f. gallery and 140 s.f. terrace, with space for up to 4 guests comfortably spread out on two floors. The apartment offers you a cosy living space with a daybed, open fireplace, flat-screen TV with hard drive and a fully equipped kitchenette. The gallery on the second floor has a king size bed and a free-standing bathtub. In the bathroom you find a 'Just Rain' shower, sauna, hair dryer and bathrobes. On the balcony, you will be able to enjoy the sun’s energy in the early mornings and witness how the evening sun sinks behind the mountain tops.

'Schwalbennest' (the swallow’s nest) is suitable for 2-4 people and comprises a 785 s.f. living area and offers a spectacular, panoramic view through a complete, south-sided glass front. On the terrace, you will enjoy the sun’s energy in the early mornings and witness how the evening sun sinks behind the mountain tops. The sleeping and living areas, which are separated by a sliding door, offer a cosy living landscape with a daybed, fireplace and open kitchen. There is a free-standing bathtub with a panoramic view in the bedroom, the bathroom is equipped with a shower, hair dryer and bathrobes. A walk-in closet offers a lot of space, and the flat-screen TV with DVD player rounds off the picture. Additionally, you have access to a small spa area with a sauna, a sheltered terrace area, as well as a garage.
